Ministry of Plumbing was built on a simple belief: people deserve the service they're actually paying for. Before starting this company, I cut my teeth in pharmaceutical facilities — environments where precision, cleanliness, and zero shortcuts aren't optional. That standard came with me when I made the move to residential plumbing. One thing I kept seeing in the industry frustrated me: companies sending apprentices to customers' homes while billing at Journeyman rates. A licensed technician is not a licensed plumber — and homeowners deserve to know the difference. At Ministry of Plumbing, I will never send anyone less than a licensed Journeyman Plumber to your door. Every time, no exceptions. I take pride in work that doesn't just fix the problem — it's done to code, with quality materials, and finished clean. I consider myself a craftsman. My goal is always a permanent solution, not a patch job. As for the name — "Ministry" comes from the Greek word diakoneo, meaning to serve. Plumbers have long been called the people who protect the health of the nation, and I take that seriously. I see myself as a servant to this community first: maintaining the homes people live in, protecting their health, and improving the neighborhoods we all share. I also happen to think I'm the best at what I do. The name says it plainly. I'd be proud to have any job I complete in my own home.
